Chan Yuet Ping, former executive pastry chef of one of the world’s most exquisite hotels in Singapore and Hong Kong, and the founder of a popular dessert shop in Singapore since 1995, has dedicated his life to the pursuit of taste perfection for over 40 years, crafting artisanal desserts that have garnered numerous global pastry awards.
Now, master Chan brings his exceptional craftsmanship back to Månen, reintroducing the classic premium cookies, including his award-winning signature almond cookies, offering the classic delights to the city.
